I am a junior Pre-Med Biomedical Sciences major from the small town of Gautier, MS. I work under Gabbi Prince, focusing on mouse work to study post-embryonic neuronal development. I am in the Science and Technology Honors Program, hoping to start work towards my thesis soon. At UAB, I am involved as a Freshman Dorm Resident Assistant, Vice President for Baptist Campus Ministries, and a Lab Teaching Assistant for General Chemistry I. I hope to use my experiences in Sun Lab to better understand research going into my future medical career.
