I am a sophomore majoring in biomedical sciences. I am also a part of the Honors College at UAB. On campus, I am involved in the biomedical sciences program as the class liaison and a member of Alpha Xi Delta as the programming director. I currently work under Dr. Turkmen to study how different food sources affect pharyngeal pumping in C. elegans. After graduation, I hope to attend UAB dental school.
